Official Rules

No purchase necessary. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning a snack.

1. Sponsor. The "Text KBAR to Win" contest (the "Contest") is sponsored by K-BAR 88.3, a subsidiary of Rasmussen Broadcasting Group ("Sponsor").
2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the household. Entrant must be present in the kitchen at the time of drawing. Employees of K-BAR, Management, and their immediate families are eligible, as this describes everyone.
3. How to enter. Text KBAR, say "K-BAR," or point at the snack cabinet. Limit one entry per listener per snack time. Whining does not constitute an entry.
4. Prize. One (1) snack. Approximate retail value: one snack. Snack selected at Sponsor's sole discretion, subject to Management approval and how close it is to dinner.
5. Odds. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received, which is two.
6. Winner selection. Winner will be selected at snack time. If there are two winners, the prize will be shared. Sponsor cannot guarantee that it will be shared fairly.
7. General. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or postpone the Contest in the event of bedtime, bath time, or a nap. Void where prohibited, including the couch.
